I can't retrieve an exact IP location, it keeps pointing on a single location

These APIs can only retrieve the location from where IP/Domain is hosted from....For Eg:- <patanjaliayurved.net> is of a company based in Northern India (Haridwar) but its location shown is South India (Bangalore)
