Hello,
I am running coda_glmnet_longitudinal, and I am getting the following error:
Error in approx(curve$time, curve$yy, val) :
need at least two non-NA values to interpolate
I am not sure how to resolve this. I have filtered my data so that for all taxa there are at least 2 sample with values in them, but I am still unsure why I am getting this error. My guess is that it is referring to something that I a not aware of . Any help or guidance on how to address this error would be great. Thanks.
