is caused simply by the fact there is no .csv-metadata.json file when validating a CSV file. The solution is to name the schema file accordingly, if there is one. The current warning, however, does not provide any clue to this. It should at least state the URL where the schema file should be and where it is missing.

In general, the validator should (where possible) provide hints to what to do about the problems. For instance:
