Terminal and Pull Request tabs are broken

Description

The Terminal tab and the Pull Request tab in Manaflow Cloud are not working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Manaflow Cloud session
2. Click on the Terminal tab
3. Click on the Pull Request tab
4. Neither tab loads/functions correctly
