Request: documentation that explains how to disable all non-Citer tab-autocompletions

I love this plugin. I just wish when I hit TAB it only gave me citations from my linked .bib file, and never other words or programming syntax. I only use ST3 for writing in Markdown, and I don't need all the other tab completions. If this is possible, is there any way you can explain it in the docs, for the benefit of pathetic non-technical humanists like me? :)
