This PR introduces a newsletter subscription form that allows users to enter their email addresses and displays a confirmation message upon successful submission. Additionally, it enhances the accordion component, enabling users to expand and collapse sections while ensuring only one section is open at a time. Visual indicators have been added to enhance the user experience. Future updates will connect the form to a backend service for actual email handling.
