Re-opening - initial implementation blocked on the call to fire off celery. Need to play around with the design to see if we can get this hooked directly into the server application when debug mode is running.

Thank you for realizing my mistake quickly and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I will keep playing around with it a bit more to see what causes the blocking that you mention. Also I will look at ways to test it more thoroughly to avoid bugs like this from happening.
