Blockscout Version/branch: release/v0.8.7

Describe the bug
The total blocks and blocks values for manually refreshing the page are inconsistent

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Browser homepage'
Click on 'Refresh'
See error

Expected behavior
Manually refresh the page with the same Total blocks and blocks values
