Repo abandoned?

Should mapbox-gl-draw be considered abandoned?

The last release was over a year ago, there are over 180 issues and 30 pull requests outstanding.

Are there alternatives that are more actively maintained?

The last release is from the 4th of Dec. 2024 though, so they might be just very slow and busy on other initiatives? https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-draw/releases/tag/v1.5.0

Would be bad of them not to have answered to you in that regards. It remains an open source initiative as far as I can see but yes funny one if it is the case!
