merge sub-point cloud

I am seeking to integrate two datasets that have been processed independently, where one dataset is smaller and constitutes a subset of the other's point cloud. My objective is to merge these datasets based on the reference lla (latitude, longitude, altitude) of the larger dataset, while also optimizing camera parameters and the point cloud alignment. Although I attempted to align them as submodels, the process only affected the reconstruction file and did not reflect changes in the point cloud. It appears that generating a new point cloud (PLY file) may be necessary for proper integration.
