not able to send files from my windows laptop to my android phone.

i had installed the sharik app both on my android phone and also on my windows 10 laptop and I'm not able to send files from my laptop to my phone but if i'm sending files from my phone to my laptop it works fine I had tried to send files from my laptop to my phone in wifi mod and also in hotspot mod too both doesn't seem to be working and i would like to request a small feature which is similar to xender app like having an ability to view your mobile phones files and also be able to play music mp 3 and view images files directly from your pc connected to your phone without any internet connection and we get it just by using hotspot mode offline use
