Keep Partymode Session Alive

if you mistakenly refresh the page, or if you browser does a refresh (after wifi disconnect or whatever) you drop out of the party-mode, reconnect is currently only done if you reopen the original link with the hardcoded host-id.
Maybe it makes sense to keep the host-id in a cookie for a while, so that the id isn't lost after a refresh.

there is also an issue if the host-device goes into sleep mode. we tried it with an ipad + bluefy browser.
had to put the pad to always one otherwise bt-connection to the board + boardsesh session got into troubles.
maybe always-on can be enforced if the page is currently active?

When somebody lost the connection because he refreshed his browser (or mistakenly swiped back and reloaded the page) it was hard to get him reconnected. we ended up refreshing the whole host session …
