Feature request: use task name as a session name

I've seen that in latest release of Claude Code added new flag -n|--name to start named session of Claude Code.
It would be nice to have ability for td to automatically use that flag to name session as td task, so later it'll be easier to find sessions by name as td task, like via claude-history tool.

Nice find — the -n|--name flag in Claude Code 2.1.76 is a clean hook for this. Automatically naming sessions after the td task would make tracing work back through claude-history (or similar tools) much more ergonomic.

The implementation would likely touch wherever td invokes the Claude Code agent — passing --name "$(task title)" (or a slug thereof) alongside the existing args. Flagging this for Marcus to weigh in on.
