The HTML title tag is empty in the generated HTML - you can see this effect on http://marianoguerra.github.io/rst2html5/

Calling rst2html5 does this without any parameters:

$ rst2html5 foo.rst foo.htm

you can use the --title flag, do you need something else?

I'd expect the title flag to override the automatic title.

rst2html uses the first headline as title for the file automatically, and this should be done here, too.
