Just making sure I get off to the right start with marimo

I'm using UV and marimo for the first time on my linux mint box. I want to ensure I am not making any mistakes so could someone look at my action list and ok it please? All the below entered cli. I am concerned about the relationship between UV and marimo for updates. I want to use the marimo package management system in the project. I got into package hell with julia and I'm not doing that again!

pip install uv
uv pip install marimo
uv venv my_marimo_project
cd my_marimo_project
source .venv/bin/activate  
marimo edit my_notebook.mo
