When evaluating a live template in java you can do this:
private static final org.apache.logging.log4j.Logger logger = org.apache.logging.log4j.LogManager.getLogger($CLASS_NAME$.class);$END$
IDE will add an import statement upon evaluation. So it will essentially become this but with imported dependencies:
private static final Logger logger = LogManager.getLogger($CLASS_NAME$.class);$END$
Unfortunately, in dart we don't have qualified imports, but we could do something simillar:
my_package/my_package.AppNavigator.of(context)
Will become this:
import 'package:my_package/my_package.dart'; AppNavigator.of(context)
