Bug description

I have the extension installed on many PC's and they all work great with the exception of my Windows PC. On entering the extension I enter the password it unlocks for one sec and then asks for the password again. I have entered the password over 10 times and always reacts the same. This extension is unusable. I have tried to remove the extension and resign in and that doesn't work. Not sure what you need for info.

Steps to reproduce

Open extension and enter the password, it unlocks and then locks again. can't use app

Expected behavior

Open extension, Enter password and get in
