Philips Hue & Philips Hue Sync Box

I am unsure of how to go about troubleshooting this issue myself but I figured I would try here. I searched the internet and could not really find anything.

I have a Phllips Hue bridge on a separate VLAN from my phone. This works fine.

I have 2 Philips Hue Play Sync Boxes. When they are on the same VLAN as my phone, I am able to control them from my phone. When I move one to the same VLAN as my Philips Hue bridge, that one becomes undiscoverable from the app on my phone.

How would I go about troubleshooting how to go about writing a rule in udpbroadcast relay to make this work on my router?
