Seems to be broken on Opnsense 24.7.10_2

The service fails to start on the 24.7.10_2 version of opnsense. I'm not sure why or how to attempt to debug it.
The following error shows when trying to start up the service after adding a rule

Notice root /usr/local/etc/rc.d/os-udpbroadcastrelay: WARNING: failed to start osudpbroadcastrelay

I've read other comments mentioning wireshark previously caused the same error but I don't seem to have this package installed or even available.

Steps to reproduce.
Install os-udpbroadcastrelay > add a relay rule

I have the same issue, it shows the service as offline under System > Diagnostics > Services.
