would you accept a PR migrating this to .net10? #44

hi, in the process of moving our framework 4.8 projects to net10, i've run into the atapi.x64 nuget package we reference. after downloading the source, and migrating the csproj to net10, everything compiles (next week at work i will be able to test if it actually works, hopefully)
i'd like to PR this change upstream, to (selfishly) have you create a fitting nuget package for net10, instead of having the modified project in our codebase.
would that be something on your agenda for this project? if so, how would i continue?
