Description

Whenever I save a file to a folder inside iCloud Drive, which uses Windows cloud sync API, Marktext prompts to reload the file. Sometimes clicking okay causes the changes to the file to vanish, other times it doesn't do anything. Anyway it is annoying and I would fix it myself if I had the skills.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Save a file to a cloud synced location
  2. Edit the file
  3. Save the changes

Expected behavior:

The changes are saved to disk and nothing happens.

Actual behavior:

After the changes are applied, a prompt appears saying ""filename.md" has been changed on disk. Do you want to reload it?" If you click ok, changes may be lost or not, don't know depending on what (usually they are kept).
