<h3 class="underline">MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL</h3>
<h4>THE CLIENT</h4>
<p>Make a Wish Foundation International grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Make a Wish Foundation International needed us to build a system to manage children’s wishes, plus chapter and affiliate requests for assistance.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>We designed a Force.com application to meet the unique needs of Make A Wish with a sleek, custom user interface practical for a wide range of computer fluency levels. It included a security model for sharing wishes between organizations while maintaining privacy, a custom document upload process, and workflow to automatically manage communications between chapters.</p>
<h4>THE RESULTS</h4>
<p>Wish granting was enhanced with a centralized place to manage each wish in lieu of e-mail. Common wish management practices and accurate reporting abilities were also established across the entire Make A Wish family of organizations</p>

<p>Boston Partners in Education enhances the academic achievement of Boston’s public school students by matching teachers with volunteers and mentors for their students.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Boston Partners in Education asked us to help streamline and personalize their online submission process. Our challenge was to build an integrated system for managing teacher requests, volunteer applications, and volunteer placement.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>We created two customized public facing Sites pages to collect Teacher Requests and Volunteer Applications. We also designed an internal application to track applicants through the volunteer lifecycle of recruitment, training, and annual placement.</p>
<h4>THE RESULTS</h4>
<p>Using the new streamlined and scalable recruitment and placement process, Boston Partners in Education fulfills a higher percentage teacher requests with volunteers. There’s also been an increase in volunteer retention due to more precise placement. Finally, reporting is more accurate and thorough.</p>

<h3 class="underline">CONSTANT CONTACT MARKETPLACE</h3>
<h4>THE CLIENT</h4>
<p>Constant Contact MarketPlace is the fastest search engine for tools and services to help businesses make the most of Constant Contact products.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Constant Contact Marketplace asked us to build an interactive, brand-reflective online directory for approximately 10,000 service providers and applications including rating and review functions. The project required a portal for Constant Contact to manage publishing and its partners to manage their listings outside of the internal IT process.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>Our team created a public facing Site with multiple views into partner listings plus a ratings and reviews system integrated with the existing user community. We created a Geocode for each partner and implemented geography based searching. Lastly, we created a portal for partners to manage their listing, plus designed an internal Salesforce application to publish listings, manage reviews, and refer customers to clients.</p>

<p>Glance enables sales and support reps to launch demos, presentations, and support sessions directly or from within applications they’re already using like Salesforce.com.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Glance Networks wanted a simple, yet powerful technological edge to help sales pros make a big impact on every call throughout the sales cycle. They needed us to provide a management method to track Sales and Support Glance sessions, plus integrate Glance session data with Salesforce.com.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>We created a lightweight composite app that integrates with native page layouts, seamlessly launches the desktop app, and integrates with Glance API and Chatter.</p>
<h4>THE RESULTS</h4>
<p>Glance now gives users the ability share their screen or view a client’s screen instantly from their record in Salesforce.com. The user can also schedule future sessions from Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases & Campaigns; relate Glance Events with CRM objects and pull data from Glance servers; and serve up Glance sessions in the Chatter Feed to keep the company up to the minute on Sales and Support.</p>

<h4>THE CLIENT</h4>
<p>Breakthrough Collaborative is a non-profit that helps middle-school students to enter and succeed in college-preparatory high school programs. They also recruit and train outstanding high school and college students to teach high school summer programs.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Breakthrough Collaborative needed an integrated system for managing teacher applications and placement. To better place prospective teachers, applicants needed the ability to rank multiple cities for consideration in their application.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>We built a secure public facing site for completing applications. On the flipside, we designed an internal workflow process to streamline the application process by allowing the sharing of candidates between chapters.</p>
<h4>THE RESULTS</h4>
<p>As a result of the new application system, Breakthrough Collaborative has processed (% more) applications and placed (% more) teachers annually. Reviewers have a much easier time placing qualified candidates, applicants no longer slip between the cracks, and the organizations operating costs have been significantly reduced. The application form also evolves with new annual requirements.</p>

<p>Constant Contact provides online marketing services to small businesses and non-profits.</p>
<h4>THE TEST</h4>
<p>Constant Contact asked us to build a tool for mass market integration between Salesforce and Constant Contact.</p>
<h4>THE SCIENCE</h4>
<p>We created an AppExchange product that can be installed by Salesforce organizations to share contacts and leads from Salesforce to Constant Contact. The system also required that opt-out information be synchronized between systems.</p>
<h4>THE RESULTS</h4>
<p>To date, over 3000 customers have downloaded the integration tool.</p>
