Class Summary Per Student Per Topic has incorrect numbers

The x/y where x is number of problems correct out of y problems seen is incorrrect. I know this because when I click on it to see the mastery trajectory the report has less problems in it that Y.

I'm assuming some topic intros or examples are getting counted. To test login as Win Burleson (2nd option) and choose class 1060.
