New release?

@martalmeida, I know you are constantly improving the "okean" package, but would you be willing to go to
https://github.com/martalmeida/okean/releases
and give the current release a version number? (like 0.1.0, 0.9.0, 1.0.0, depending on how confident you are feeling?)

All this does it make it easy for people to say, I'm using "okean v0.1.0", which is a nice thing.

@rsignell-usgs, hummm... I just put current date in init.version before uploading files. But yes I will think about creating a release. tks
