Feature: Add setup wizard on first startup

Add a wizard when you first start the PAM (or after resetting it) which will allow the user to choose the most common options.

Please add the rotate function in the settings, as well as a function to see the mouse cursor on/off.
I tried to edit the config.txt, with 'lcd_rotate=2', but it gets overruled after booting into the software.
