could not retrieve index file - IVA

Hello Martin,
This is Mani. First of all sorry, because I don't know how can I contact you so I raised an Issue. I saw your reply in one of the issues on IVA. So I thought you could help me. I am facing an error saying "could not retrieve index file", Initially I got the same for iva --test out_dir command also but after some troubleshooting I can ran the test command with out any error. The problem is I can't run real data . I copied and pasted the error I got below for reference. So if you could explain what I am doing wrong here it would be great.

iva -f /home/jncasr/newassembly/10000FS1_R1.fastq -r /home/jncasr/newassembly/10000FS1_R2.fastq /home/jncasr/newassembly/Output1_
