Your README suggested you may needed a better logo and although I lack the artistic talent to create one, I did have an idea I wanted to share (and perhaps this issues inspires others to do the same as well).
The first thing that came to mind with "nanobench" is a molecular scale bench at the nanometer scale. Something a research lab might create as a test on their brand new atomic force microscope or scanning electron bean microscope setup.
I couldn't quickly find something in the academic literature, but was able to get DALL-E to generate something half decent.
Then for a more logo-like experience, I figured you might want to go for some kind of pixel-art style, maybe modelled after some nanoscale model, perhaps sitting on a stylish graphene sheet.
