refactor: async fetching

Instead of spawning a thread per site fetch, I should look into reqwest's async clients. I'm assuming that it'll be more efficient.

I wonder if I could create that second thread, inside which I can create a collection of async clients, one per site. I could invoke each of them, sleep, then repeat.
