mastodon_host missing from secrets.yml

Hello,

There should be an entry for mastodon_host in the file /templates/secrets.ylm.tpl as ansible workbook cannot run without it.
Also, readme.md should be clearer about default config needing more modification than what is by default in secret.yml.

this is what I entered :

local_domain: 'mastodon.local'
mastodon_db_password: 'Strongpassword'
redis_pass: 'Strongpassword'
letsencrypt_email: 'youletsencryptemailadress'
mastodon_host: 'yourhostname'
use_legacy_certbot: 'false'
autoupdate_certbot: 'true'
