Feature Request: Open MarkdownLivePreview automatically when a Markdown file is opened.

Hello! I was thinking it may be a cool feature idea to implement the preview opening automatically any time a file associated with a Markdown extension is opened.

I use local Markdown files to describe certain aspects of directories, and sometimes I do not need to edit the Markdown file at all. Ideally, it would be nice if I could have the option to edit and view a Markdown file all in one click.
