Steps to reproduce

  1. Copy plain text or a Mathesar cell.
  2. Edit one Mathesar text cell.
  3. Attempt to paste into the cell's text input.
  4. Expect to see text pasted into the input.
  5. Observe the modal paste confirmation dialog, asking to paste into cells instead of into the input.
