As it doesn't really reflect normal usage behaviour etc. Ideally tracking would be disabled by default and we add an option to "Track when development mode is enabled"

Actually tracking to demo-anonymous.piwik.org should be disabled by default when being in development mode. Otherwise we might send incorrect usage data to demo-anonymous. Eg when forcing tasks to run we would always send a system report, also the actual usage of Piwik when developing for it is different compared to a production system
