I had a private Matrix room that I used to bridge to a slack channel. I was the only person in this room, and I made the mistake of leaving the room. As I was the only person in the room, I can not rejoin it.
At this point, the problem is that I can remove the slack bridge in the old (unaccessible) room and create a new bridge to the same channel in a different room.
If I try to add a bridge in a new room I see the Slack Workspace. I clicked on logout but the Workspace is still there. At the bottom of the screen it says "Please note that logging out will not remove any bridge, please unlink separately.", so I guess, this is normal. I note that I also logged into my slack account and deauthorized the Element bridge, forcing me to relogin in the Element app. Clicking on "list channels" doesn't show any channels, so I presume I am logged out.
Now, if in Element I try to add a new Slack Workspace, I am sent to the slack web page and click on "allow" so that Element can interact with my slack account. I get the message "Your account has been successfully connected to the Slack bridge.". Now, when I click on "list channels" in Element, I see all the slack channels, but when I click on the channel I would like to bridge, I get the error "Failed to make link: Failed to make bridge request".
The only thing that makes sense to me is that the unaccessible room is bridged to my slack account, and that I can't create a new bridge to the same room until I unlink the old bridge. As the old bridge is unaccessible, I am stuck.

looks like I have exactly the same issue. small difference is slackbot somehow got admin in my matrix room, so even-though I have access I can not kick him out.
