Bug: After a long period of bridge not working, and after getting it to start again, the bridged messages have incorrect metadata

I just found an interesting feature/bug, where if the bridge hasn't been online for a while and then the bridged rooms have gotten a lot of messages in the mean time that were not bridged, it will actually bridge the backlog, but with wrong date.

It will use today's date even though the messages can be weeks or more than months old in reality. At least the messages bridged from Matrix to Slack.
