Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go into the extra's menu
Turn your emergency lights on
Toggle Flashing High Beams on and off
See error

Expected behavior
To have it turn off the flashing highbeams duh

Additional context
FiveM build: 3095
MISS ELS version: V2.2.0
