[FEAT]Add the session id into the UI #115

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When looking at the session in devtools I sometimes want to resume that session in claude. To do this I have to use the claude resume UI to figure out what the session was.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the session ID (or, I guess, the session name if /rename was called) to the UI somewhere it can be copied.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Today I have to copy the first prompt and search for it in claude --resume
Additional context
If you include the /rename version, that string would make a good replacement for the left sidebar which only has the first prompt.
