Recently observed a number of new Webex plugin new users. First instinct seems to be to hit Webex icon in top right or type /webex start. This results in:

Because of where the new message line appears and the fact that the bottom message says (Only visible to you) many people miss the fact that they just sent a message to the whole channel while they were testing the integration.
