Channel Header Menu: Pluggables menu items overflow out of the menu dropdown and are not visible

reproduced on Hub and community server and Desktop 5.8

Steps:

• create a private or public channel in hub
• Click on the Channel actions

Observed: There are few options that overflow from the menu dropdown. User cannot scroll to those options.

Expected: The Menus options should be within the dropdown and should have scroll if more option are enabled
