What exactly is the $accessKey?

What exactly is the $accessKey listed in your example code? I don't have an access key in my FedEx account. The only fields I see that include the word "key" are:

API Key
Secret Key
Developer Test Key

I've tried all 3 keys and they each return an "Authentication Failed" message.

I only have a Test Account, not a Production Account, if that makes a difference.
