The idea is to be able to trace a OF submission to a ON notification to ProductAanvraag object in the Objects API to a case in Open Zaak

PodiumD has a dashboard with logs and chain OF -> OZ and eSuite
This dashboard uses regex expressions to search logs for particular endpoints and status codes

What should be done:

1. Replace all regex with structlog event names and labels in the current dashboard
2. Add missing information to the dashboard (for example requests from ON to subscribers)
   • Analyze what information to add to dashboard
   • Add logging to the APIs for this dashboard if necessary
   • Add it to grafana

In the future it's nice to add traces as one of observability key components, but it's out of scope of this issue
