suggestion: method for toggling "follow pattern" on and off when keyjazzing #16

It'd be great to be able to toggle "follow pattern" on and off while keyjazzing, so that one could alter the pattern while it plays, instead of being stuck inputting notes at the row the player is playing on only.

This of course begs the question - is there a follow pattern shortcut or a clickable button somewhere?
