Copy/Paste commands (ctrl-c/ctrl-p/cmd-c/cmd-p) leak C or P to Order, Pattern and EFX Change Editors

Steps to replicate:

1. Select a selection in order-list
2. Press CMD-C or CTRL-C

Expected result:
order-list selection is copied to clipboard.

Current result:
C appears in order-list.

Steps to replicate:

1. Select a selection in Pattern Editor
2. Press CMD-C or CTRL-C

Expected result:
Selection is copied to clipboard.

Current result:
C appears in Pattern Editor view.

instead of offering copy/paste with ctrl-c,ctrl-p and cmd-c,cmd-p, they are processed without the modifiers and are used to play notes.

could this be corrected so that copy+paste would work in the order-editor, pattern-editor and efx-change-editor?
