Hmm ... it works for me in FF 35.0.1 ...

I am using sources from this guy:

 - Source: https://github.com/anilgulecha/shellinabox
 - Debian package: https://github.com/anilgulecha/shellinabox/releases/download/2.14.2/shellinabox_2.14-1_amd64.deb

Maybe you could give us more info:

1. What kind of keyboard/language are you using?
2. Did you rebuild you project after applying patches from issue 202?
