Using /apex/twitter page and receiving an error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Code
2. Navigate to /apex/twitter
3. Enter Username pasword

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't see the friends timeline I immediately get 

TwitterForce.TwitterException: Script-thrown exception

27, column 3 Class.TwitterController.getFriendsTimeline: line 19, column 27

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version running in a Dev org 

Please provide any additional information below.

I've done all the other setup I can think of and remote site is enabled to
twitter.com etc.

I too am getting the same issue. I downloaded the latest code from google code 
so i assume it must be the latest version. Any fix for this?
