When using win32-notify under wine I get this popup error every time a folder I watch changes, which defeats the purpose a bit. The effect is reproducible using bundled simple.exe demo, though, with simple, error only gets printed to the terminal. I have no idea if the effect is the same on actual windows, but I hope it's not.

What is the use case for win32-notify with wine? Were you just testing, or does the linux watching not work?

I use ghc under wine to build my code for Windows. Naturally, I test at the spot too.

Is the issue title the exact text of the popup?
