We'll have two types of particle emitters.
One will be a standard libgdx particle emitter - it emits particles, they zoom, rotate, and fade, but don't interact with the world in any way.
The other will be used to create physical game entities. This way we can have, for example, a fountain of bouncy balls, and it will be excellent.
