Interesting! I guess it's because the code that builds this list uses the top-level property names in https://github.com/mdn/content/blob/main/files/jsondata/GroupData.json to order the entries, rather than the "overview" property in each entry (which would also be why "Web Bluetooth API" gets listed under "B").

This is a bug in rari and should be moved there.
