Deal with 'toc-like' see also area in Learn/Forms

In current Learn/Forms document, there are "see also" parts at the end of article which just list all document related to web form learning. I doubt they are really useful because we've already got the sidebar and the navigations. Also, the hardcoded lists are hard to maintain, just like "in this module" part from Learn area(which got removed in mdn/content#24467 and mdn/translated-content#11653, discussed in https://github.com/orgs/mdn/discussions/328)

Here are some screenshots from the current version of Learn/Forms document. What should we do for these 'see also' contents?
