We are interested in using the mdn/data repository (https://github.com/mdn/data) in our software, and we have observed that the repository is distributed under the CC0-1.0 license, which is known for its permissiveness. However, we still need the clarification regarding the status of trademark and patent rights associated with the repository.

Could you please confirm that:

1. The work is free from any trademark claims that the Affirmer may own or control?
2. The work is free from any patent rights, either owned or previously owned and controlled by the Affirmer?
