This should appear when hovering a link formatted like this : youtube.com/channel/X
It should display things like :

Username
Profile picture
Banner ?
Subscriber count ?
Videos count ?
Last video ?

depending on what data we can get, this had already been looked into with #10 but the resulting PR was adding it in another way.
